My experience and approach
My introduction to bodywork was as a music student at university, where I attended yoga and Alexander Technique classes.
Since 2007 I've been running a private holistic practice, helping people increase mind-body awareness and reduce stress.
I trained in London, India and Thailand and I've worked at various centres in the UK, continental Europe and Asia.
My approach to yoga is non-competitive and therapeutic. The bodywork therapy is a blend of Thai, deep tissue and holistic massage.

Thanks to Nico I finally understand what yoga is about and the practice has had a hugely positive impact on my general wellbeing. My body feels much more relaxed and less achy and mentally I feel calmer and better able to cope with the challenges of a stressful job. Nico has a soothing voice that helps you relax, which is something I normally struggle with, but he also makes you work hard and pay attention to detail.
I’ve recently started practising yoga again after a long break and I feel incredibly fortunate to learn from Nico. He has a kind and warm aura while his studio is filled with gentle yet firm positive energies. Practising yoga with Nico helps me greatly to stay positive physically and mentally. At every lesson I learn something new. It can be new movements or more awareness towards mindfulness. This is my personal journey for which I am tremendously grateful.
