My experience and approach

I've been running a private holistic practice since 2007, helping clients reduce stress through massage, yoga and mindfulness.

​I trained in London, India and Thailand and I've taught yoga in various centres and on retreats.

My approach to yoga is non-competitive and therapeutic.​

The bodywork therapy is a blend of methods including deep tissue, acupressure, Thai, Swedish and Polynesian massage.

Fee

 

£80 per session or £426 for six sessions.

Thanks to Nico I finally understand what yoga is about and the practice has had a hugely positive impact on my general wellbeing.
